Kobe Rokko Railway Co., Ltd. is carrying out two phases of two-year construction work to renew its rolling stock and renovate its cable car facilities, starting in 2025, with the aim of improving safety and service on the Rokko Cable. The second phase of construction will begin on Monday, January 5, 2026.
