Rokko Cable will operate special early morning trains to allow passengers to view the first sunrise of 2026 from Mount Rokko. The Tenrandai observation deck adjacent to Rokko Sanjo Station will also be open, allowing passengers to enjoy the first sunrise along with the view of the Hanshin area stretching out below.
