Kobe Rokko Railway Co., Ltd. is carrying out vehicle renewal work and cable car facility renovation work over two two-year phases starting in 2025, with the aim of improving safety and service on the Rokko Cable.
For the second phase of construction, commercial operations will be suspended on the entire Rokko Cable line between Rokko Cable-Shita Station and Rokko-Sanjo Station from Monday, January 5, 2026 to Friday, April 10, 2026 (scheduled). During the cable car suspension, bus or taxi transportation will be provided instead.
